• Product Descriptions (Linen Care & Textures): We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, textures, and descriptions of our products. However, natural linen fibers feature inherent slubs and colour variations, and device screen settings can alter perceived colours. We do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour or texture of both the NORMAL LINEN and NORMAL EYES items.
  
  
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
  
  
• Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
  
  

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

• Orders: When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acceptance confirmation, establishing a contract between you and The Normal Company.
  
  
• Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other localized digital payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payments must be cleared prior to dispatching your linen goods.
  
  
• Shipping & Delivery: We ship locally within Hong Kong and internationally. Delivery times are estimates. The Normal Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local courier bottlenecks, or force majeure events. Local or international import duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
  
  

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligible items (unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached) may be returned or exchanged within the specified window of 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our separate Returns Policy.
  
  
• NORMAL EYES products, sale items or customized products may be final sale and ineligible for return unless faulty.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

• All content included on this Site—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of The Normal Company or its content suppliers and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
